Each plan offers different features and volumes of included profiles, depending on your company’s needs. See the table above for a comparison of inclusions.​

A profile refers to a company profile or a people (contact) profile. It includes all contact or company information available for that profile, including mobiles and emails. A profile is ‘consumed’ when it is unlocked by viewing contact details or exported to a CRM or downloaded as an XLSX file. ​

At Firmable, profiles work like currency. 1 profile unlocked or downloaded = 1 credit in the platform. While other providers require you to use up to 5 credits for a single mobile number or email address, we keep it simple – just one profile (or ‘credit’) gives you everything you need. ​

Yes, your plan renews automatically and your monthly or annual credits are issued automatically.

If you’re on a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re on an annual subscription, you can cancel at any time but you’ll continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your annual term. To cancel, once signed in, go to Manage account > Plans and subscriptions > Modify/Cancel > Cancel plan. We’d love the chance to say goodbye first and understand why you want to leave, so you can also contact support@firmable.com or speak to your account executive. 

Every plan includes role-based team access management, profiles/ credits shared across users on Small Teams and Teams Pro, and flexible add-ons if you need curated data or more profiles as you scale.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. For annual subscriptions over 10 users, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.
